| Make
your reservations online using this convenient form. You can make
a reservation even if you haven’t decided which day you’ll
be playing or even which course you’ll be playing on; you
just have to know what week you’ll be there.
You can play as many rounds
as you like during a tournament week and each round counts as a
separate score. Enter to play five or ten rounds and you might win
five or ten of the weekly purses
When we get your reservation,
we’ll post your name on the Online Scoreboard for the week
you intend to play. You won’t hear from us again until it’s
time to confirm your reservation.
Ten to fourteen
days before your tournament, we’ll send you an email to confirm
your reservation. If you know your course, tee time, and the day
you’ll be playing, we’ll ask for that information, and
for your credit card details. If at this time you decide not to
play, we’ll take your name off of our Online Scoreboard.
If you decide to play,
you’ll get a confirmation email and a receipt for your tournament
fees. Then all you have to do is show up at tee time, meet your
forecaddie, and play golf. Your fees will be refunded if your round
in the tournament is cancelled because of inclement weather.
Try to make choices and provide
us with as much information as you can as early as you can, to avoid
the last-minute rush before a tournament. We do our best to accommodate
spur-of-the-moment requests, but we can only support 2% to 3% of
all the players on Maui at one time, so sometimes it’s just
not possible for us to accommodate everyone. Get your reservations
in early!
We can’t accept telephone
reservations or entries because you must review and agree to the
tournament rules of play, the handicap system, the purse calculations,
the winners’ prizes, and other information posted on this
site.
You’re welcome to
contact us for an email or phone response to your questions about
reservations. If you’d like a call back, please tell us what
time zone you’re calling from and what times would be best
for us to return your call.
I know I’m getting better at golf because
I’m hitting fewer spectators.
