your experience with Maui Jackpot Golf to be the best you’ve ever
had. We want you to keep coming back for more. So we’ll make these
unbreakable promises to you.
- When we confirm your reservation, we guarantee you an opportunity
to play in the tournament, or all fees will be quickly and cheerfully
refunded. No fuss, no lengthy questionnaires to fill out, no arguments,
no delays
- We commit to operating Maui Jackpot Golf at the highest level integrity.
- We maintain careful oversight about
the administration of funds, so that every penny contributed to the
purse fund gets back to the winners.
- No one affiliated with Maui Jackpot Golf-not
the tournament directors, principals, forecaddies, affiliates, sponsors,
or their immediate family members-can play in the tournaments.
- Our forecaddies are carefully trained
to make sure that the standards of honesty traditional in tournament
play are scrupulously maintained, so the game is fair for everyone.
Golf is twenty percent mechanics
and technique. The other eighty percent is philosophy, humor tragedy, romance,
melodrama, companionship, cussedness, and conversation.

Refund Policy
We guarantee you an opportunity
to play in the tournament. It’s your responsibility to appear at
the designated tee time. We ask for this commitment from you because we
arrange forecaddies and otherwise prepare for the tournament on a schedule
that involves many other players and staff members.
So after we confirm your entry, 10 to 14 days before your tournament,
your fees are nonrefundable. There are only three cases in which you can
expect a refund for tournament fees after your entry is confirmed:
- If the course where you
are scheduled to play prohibits you from beginning play due to inclement
weather.
- If your forecaddie fails to meet you at tee time. This would be a very rare event, but accidents do happen.
-
If inclement weather forces course management to cancel your round while you are playing and does not permit you to finish your round.
Unexpected conditions on the
course, illness, equipment failure, or personal problems will not be considered
to justify a refund.
